Who we are
This website is run by Sidreau (“we”). For anything about your personal data, email hello@sidreau.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company name, and your message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider passes us your name, email and the time you chose.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or start working with you. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
- Microsoft, which provides our email
- Calendly, which handles call bookings
Our management is in Luxembourg and our delivery team is in Pakistan. Where your data is handled outside the European Economic Area, we protect it with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete enquiry data within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep correspondence for as long as the engagement and our legal record-keeping duties require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@sidreau.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Luxembourg this is the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
